The Füri pro The Füri
Kitchen Chopper (Size 3) is designed to very efficiently chop vegetables,
and slice and trim meats. It is a Chinese-style chopper (thin blade with a
very sharp cutting edge), not a European- style meat cleaver (they have
very thick blades with a very blunt and strong cutting edge, like an axe).
This is the most versatile
of cutting tools, with a bit of practice! You can use it like a utility
knife to trim the fat off meats and slice strips of meat, and you can use
it like a Cook's knife (with the same rocking-sawing motion of the curved
blade), or you can use it like a chopper for fast and fine chopping of
vegetables. Scoop the vegetables up and throw them in the wok!
