Cutlery Cuts is a mail order / drop ship company. All of our products are subject to availability so that means that many of our items come from different companies. If an item is not available we will contact you and let you know when and if the item is going to be restocked. IF the item is no longer available we will refund your money for that particular item and adjust the total if you have other items.
