| Turnabout Board
This reversible carver is the most popular board in the J. K. Adams line. With features on both sides, it can be used for everyday meals and used with pride on ceremonial occasions as well. One side features a uniquely shaped “roast holder” that cradles poultry and roasts while slicing. The second side has a large flat cutting surface surrounded by a juice groove.

| Colonial Trencher 20 inch x 14 inch [CTR-2014]
Price: $74.00 Back in the late 50’s we decided to re-create an historic board that was popular when Ethan Allen and his Green Mountain Boys protected our New England hills. We chose to make them of black walnut, just as they were in colonial times and to accurately reproduce an heirloom with the weight, feel and balance of the originals. The subtle contours of the magnum trencher include a sloped cutting surface with a deep juice well and perfectly sized handgrips inset on each side. The small Trencher is a perfect dinner plate or small carver. Over the years, these boards have gathered an incredibly loyal following and we are proud to re-introduce them to our line. Kitchen Work Center
2008 is the year we proudly introduce a newly
designed and re-engineered kitchen island work center. We have combined a sugar
maple top with an elegant cherry base. The unique and functional top work
surface has a gentle rim on three sides to prevent crumbs or other run away food
items from rolling to the floor. As you would expect from J.K. Adams, the table
is made by hand, in Dorset, Vermont, where we use the same mortise and tenon
construction technique old world craftsmen have employed for centuries. The
solid wood dovetail drawer has a stainless pull and rests on European glides
which close automatically when the drawer is gently nudged. An adjustable foot
on each leg allows the table to be leveled on uneven floors insuring a solid
stance without rock or wobble. The slatted lower shelf gives lots of extra
storage and the entire table has been hand rubbed with three coats of finish.
Our table is ready to assemble in minutes, without tools. We mean it, without
tools.
