Frequently Asked Questions

The following FAQs are a list of common questions and answers for customers that might find these FAQs useful. If you find that you don't see an FAQ question listed please don't hesitate to inform me about it and will gladly add it to the list.

1. Do you ship Internationally? 
 Yes, only to Canadian and European countries but not to countries that have political conflicts. These include Indonesia, Yugoslavia, Bulgaria, Nigeria, Lithuania, Turkey, Ghana, Egypt, Russia, South Africa, Romania, Pakistan, Malaysia, Ukraine, Belarus. If a country that I am not comfortable of shipping goods is not listed I will let you know before I even decide to charge a card. Maybe later we will expand to further areas.

2. Do you ship C.O.D.? 
Sorry, No CODs.

3. How fast will you ship my customer's merchandise after I order it from your website? 
Please allow us up to 48 (two business days) to 72 hours (three business days) to get your order shipped. If there is a delay for whatever reason I will email or call you to inform you.

5. What shipping methods do you offer?
USPS Priority Mail on smaller items and UPS on larger heavier items. It all depends on the quantity and weight. I can ship out USPS Express or UPS Next Day but you will have to pay for the extra charges even if the total purchase falls within the FREE Shipping.

6. Is insurance included in the shipping charges? 
In order to keep shipping charges down I will only add insurance on large orders.

7. What if I order something and its not in stock?
My shopping cart does not charge in realtime. I have to manually enter the credit card information so before I do
that I check to see if the item is available.  If an item is out of stock I will either email you first or call you to let you know.

8. How do I know what products are in stock?
If an item becomes unavailable I will email you and let you know. If you do expect an extremely large
volume of sales of one particular item check with us first. I'll try my best we to keep you up to date on our inventory.

All items are subject to availability. I will let you know how long it will be back ordered.
 

9. What if I'm not satisfied with an item?
You have 30 days to return the merchandise to me in its original packaging. You are responsible for all shipping charges. That is not refundable.  I will accept returns as long as the item has not been used and then I will credit your account once I receive the item.  Email me and let me know.

10. What types of payments do you accept?
We currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diner's Club, and JCB cards. If you wish to pay with a money order or check indicate that on the checkout page and once I receive payment and it clears I will have the items shipped. Or you could use the online order form. All checks must clear before order is processed. Please make them out to Cutlery Cuts.
