Kanetsune Seki

The chefs knives crafted by the master Kanetsune Seki using the 8OO-year-old history of Japanese sword-making combined with modern techniques are, as it were, sublimely beyond evolution and creativity. Kanetsune Seki will be pleased to provide you with these amazingly sharp and easy-to-use chefs knives.


Traditional Hammered series with Damascus pattern 

Hammered by hand with a technique as "Tsuchime" to a beautiful finish that reduce drag when cutting, preventing foods from sticking to the blade. The cutting core is Swedish Sandvik stainless steel. Traditional D-shaped handle of Red Sandalwood comfortably in the hand.

    Aogami Series (Blue Steel)

    The cutting core is made from Japanese Aogami steel produced by Hitachi Metal, adding chromium and tungsten to Japanese Shirogami steel. The Aogami steel core is clad with 410 stainless steel on each side protect the core steel. It is very popular choice for high end Japanese kitchen knives.
