Charges

Since most of these items are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, all orders will be charged prior to shipment. 

Return Policy

Most products have a 30 day return policy BUT Mafter-Bourgeat (items starting with MF) is 15 days. Small items can be returned to my physical address BUT large appliances have to be returned to the manufacturer. Not all manufacturers have this policy. Please contact me for my physical address and more info.

Restocking Fees
Non-defective merchandise returned for any reason other than a miss-shipment of product, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee IF IT APPLIES.  Not all manufacturers charge a restocking fee but I will let you know if that particular item applies to a restocking fee. All items must be returned new and unused, in original packaging or it cannot be accepted for return. Please contact me my physical address and more info.
