A return authorization can be requested for a refund of an unopened unused product or damaged product within 15 business days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. After the 15 business days, return authorizations will only be issued for replacement of a damaged product covered under an extended warranty. Warranty information for each qualifying item is listed within the description of the item for your review prior to making the purchase.

Returns without the proper documentation will be rejected at the warehouse.
