The following FAQs are a list of common questions and answers for customers that might find these FAQs useful. If you find that you do not see an FAQ question listed please do not hesitate to inform me about it and will gladly add it to the list.
1. Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, but only to the following countries Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand. Some countries have political conflicts that concerns me of delivery and scams. If a country that I am not comfortable of shipping goods to I will let you know before I even decide to process your order. IF your payment is processed and I don't fell comfortable with continuing to process the order, I will cancel the order and refund the payment. Maybe later we will expand to further areas.
2. Do you ship C.O.D.?
Sorry, No CODs.
3. How fast will you ship my customers merchandise after I order it from your website?
Please allow us up to 48 (two business days) to 72 hours (three business days) to get your order shipped. If there is a delay for whatever reason I will email or call you to inform you.
4. What shipping methods do you offer?
My supplier will ship out large items via UPS (5 to 7 days) and smaller items via USPS (2 to 3 days). It all depends on the size and weight of the order. International orders will be shipped out via USPS International Priority Mail which will take up to 6 to 10 days delivery time.
5. Is insurance included in the shipping charges?
In order to keep shipping charges down I will only add insurance on large orders.
6. How do I know what products are in stock?
If an item becomes unavailable I will email you and let you know. If you do expect to order an extremely large quantity one particular item check with us first. I will check with my supplier and let you know.. All items are subject to availability. I will let you know the back ordered date. If you do not wish to wait for the item I will refund your money back to your account.
8. What if I am not satisfied with an item?
You have a 10 day satisfaction period to return the merchandise to me in its original packaging. You are responsible for all shipping charges. That is not refundable. I will accept returns as long as the item has not been used and then I will credit your account once I receive the item. Contact us and let me know.
9. What types of payments do you accept?
We currently use Paypal that accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club cards. You do not have to have an paypal account with them to use this service. If you wish to pay with a money order or check indicate that on the checkout page and once I receive payment and it clears I will have the items shipped.
